Tokuhiro Masubuchi
Tokiro Masubichi was born in Kamasa, Ibaraki prefecture in 1970. His family manages their own pottery studio with the help of many skillful artisans. After studying craft and industrial design in Tokyo, he started studying pottery in Seto, Aichi prefecture. In 2005, he established his own pottery studio in Miyazaki prefecture.
Masubuchi’s keen sense of design and attention to detail have no equal. All of his pieces are carved by hand. His works bring you the aesthetic joy that only original works can provide.
