This deep yellow beautiful plate by Tokuhiro Masubuchi shows his extraordinary carving skill. He engraves every single line by hand with his original tools and creates remarkable work.

Tokuhiro Masubichi was born in Kamasa, Ibaraki prefecture in 1970. His family runs their own pottery studio having many skillful artisans. After studying craft and industrial design in Tokyo, he started learning pottery in Seto, Aichi prefecture. In 2005, he established his own pottery studio in Miyazaki prefecture.

Masubuchi’s keen sense of design and elaborated performance have no equal. All of his works carved by hand. His works bring you a good feeling of something that only original work can provide.

Because of the handmade nature of this product, each work is unique and vary in measurements and color.
